How to make entity and taxonomies sortable

WP App Studio 4.5 adds option for entity and taxonomy screens in ProDev plugins to make them drag-and-drop sortable. ProDev owners can use menu order option to sorting dropdown in view and widget screens to allow their users to change the order of records using drag-and-drop in the generated plugin.
